Our telephone lines are now open 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please telephone 0113 8592200 if you have any enquiries regarding your course.

Due to the Coronavirus situation we have taken the decision to offer a reduced service. Due to the changing circumstances our telephone support line will now only be available until 18th March 2020. However, you are more than welcome to contact our support staff via email as usual and we will do everything we can to respond as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide feedback to your work, however feedback may be slightly delayed, particularly if high volumes of work are submitted at one time. Please bear with us at this difficult time and we will update you when the situation changes.


This year (2020) we will be closing for Christmas/Winter Break from the 21st of December 2020. We will resume our normal service on the 11th of January 2021 (Announcement made: Friday 3rd January 2020)
